Group Structure
Who you are actually contracting with.
Most contractor websites never answer this question, which is why most of them get asked it a week into procurement. Here it is, up front.

MAX Arabia is the public-facing brand of the registered establishment below. It is the entity behind the group, and where a division has no separate registration of its own, it is the entity that contracts.
Why a group
Separate divisions are not a marketing structure. They are an operational one.
A security division and a contracting division need different licences, different regulators, different insurance and genuinely different people. Running them as one undifferentiated company means one of them is always the afterthought. Running them as divisions of a group means each is accountable in its own domain — while the client still has one contract, one programme and one person to call.

Registration details
Commercial registration, VAT and licence details for each entity are published here once verified by an administrator. A registration number we have not confirmed is worth less than none — so where you see nothing, it means we have not verified it yet, not that it does not exist. Ask, and we will send the certificate.
For procurement
The questions you were going to email us anyway.
Which entity actually signs the contract?
The registered entity shown against the division you are engaging. Where a division has no separate registration, the parent entity contracts. It is stated on every division page, and if it says "pending verification" there, that means we have not yet published a verified registration for it — ask us and we will send it.
If I engage three divisions, is that three contracts?
It does not have to be. Where the divisions sit under one registered entity, it is one contract. Where they do not, it can still be one agreement with the entities named — and either way you get one project manager and one escalation path. Fragmenting your accountability is our problem to solve, not yours to manage.
Who invoices me, and under which VAT registration?
The contracting entity invoices, under its own VAT registration, and the number is published on this site. If a scope spans entities, we will tell you before you sign, not on the first invoice.
Is your contractor classification held at group level or by an entity?
Classification is held by a registered entity, never by a brand. It covers specific activities and grades, and it does not extend to work outside them. We will state ours on request, and we will not bid outside it — we would rather tell you no than have your submission rejected.
What happens if a division cannot deliver?
You escalate to one place, and the group answers. That is the difference between a group and seven suppliers: with seven, the escalation is you, sitting in the middle, relaying blame.
Can I audit you?
Yes. Registration, VAT, licences, classification, insurance and Saudization status are provided on request, and the certificates with them. We would rather you check.
One project. Multiple capabilities. One accountable partner.
Tell us what you are building, moving, securing or operating. We will tell you exactly which divisions are involved and who is responsible.
