What we actually fix
The four problems that put Saudi projects behind schedule.
None of them are construction problems. They are coordination problems, and they are the reason a group exists at all.
Seven suppliers, no single owner.
Civil works, transport, security, cameras, cabling and support arrive from six companies with six schedules. When one slips, each can prove it was somebody else. One group means one programme and one person accountable for the whole of it.
The approval nobody owned until it was late.
Municipal permits, Civil Defence sign-off, MOI licensing for guarding, ZATCA integration for tills. Every one of them has a lead time, and a project only discovers the lead time it forgot when handover is a week away. We plan against them from day one, and tell you which ones we cannot shorten.
Systems retrofitted into a finished building.
Cabling, data rooms, cameras and access control get specified after the walls are closed, then get chased through them at three times the cost. When one group builds the facility and the systems, they are designed together.
The supplier who disappears at handover.
The building opens, the vendor invoices, and the maintenance conversation starts from zero with someone who has never seen the site. Our divisions hold the maintenance and support contracts on the work they built, under an agreed service level.
